s n o w | Head Shaper (f/m/d)

We are:

A young Swiss company that will set new international standards in the Snowpark world. We work with local staff and partners and want to push the freestyle sport with innovative ideas and concepts to the next level.

Your tasks include:

As Head Shaper, you will lead a larger team and take full responsibility for organizing the Shape Crew. You ensure the quality and safety of the facilities at all times. As deputy Project Manager, you work closely with the Project Manager and HelvePark to further develop the facility.

You independently plan and oversee all construction and reconstruction work in consultation with the Project Manager, while also handling the daily maintenance of the facilities. This includes creating work schedules and managing the hourly budgets of the Shape Crew. The daily supervision of your team as well as the reliable handling of administrative tasks are also part of your role.

Your skills:

  • Good communication skills in English. German or French is a big advantage.
  • Several years as a shaper in a snowpark.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Passion and curiosity for freestyle sport that you want to show in your installations.
  • Overall fitness and weather durability.
  • A talent for technical tasks, ideally you bring an education or experience in a technical profession with you.
  • Respectful and friendly interpersonal skills.
  • A solution-oriented and flexible mindset.
