Action sports are your DNA, you love to work outside every day no matter the weather, and you want to develop your skills? We are a young Swiss company that will set new international standards in the world of action sports. We work with local staff and partners and want to push freestyle sports with innovative ideas and concepts to the next level.

Your tasks include:

As Shaper, you execute all hands-on work to build a skatepark. With your independent, clean, and efficient way of working, you take care about a high quality and safety level. Your passion about this sport gives you an awareness of the dynamics of riding the facility. Be part of a small and motivated building crew, where you work with all kinds of machines and hand tools.

Your skills:

  • Fluent communication skills in English. German or French are an advantage.
  • An understanding for skatepark design and ride flow.
  • Broad skills in concrete shaping and finishing.
  • Precise shaping of all common forms.
  • Experience in formwork construction and simple metal work.
  • Knowledge about substructure and drainage.
  • Respectful and friendly interpersonal skills.
