Headshaper (f/m/d)

We are:

A young Swiss company that will set new international standards in the Snowpark world. We work with local staff and partners and want to push the freestyle sport with innovative ideas and concepts to the next level.

Your tasks include:

  • You are the Headshaper in a bigger team
  • You are responsible for the organization of the Shape Crew
  • You have the responsibility about the quality and safety in the facilities
  • You are deputy Project Manager and develop the facility in cooperation with the Park Manager and HelvePark
  • You organize and manage the construction and reconstruction work independently in consultation with the Park Manager and take care of the daily maintenance of the facilities
  • You create work plans and you are responsible for the hourly budgets of the shape crew
  • You organize all the work that has to be done around your facility independently in consultation with the Park Manager
  • You control the daily work of your shape crew
  • You also do administrative work around the facilities reliably

Your skills:

  • You can communicate well in English (German or French is a big advantage).
  • You are technically talented and ideally bring an education in a technical profession with you.
  • You live the freestyle sport and want to show this in your installations.
  • You bring several years of experience as a shaper in a Snowpark with you.
  • You have experience in leading a team.
  • You have good interpersonal skills.
  • You work in a solution-oriented way and you are used to being deployed flexibly.
  • You are weather resistant and like to work outside.
