Project Manager (f/m/d)

We are:

A young Swiss company that will set new international standards in the Snowpark world. We work with local staff and partners and want to push the freestyle sport with innovative ideas and concepts to the next level.

Your tasks include:

  • You manage a bigger Snowpark and a team of 3-12 people
  • You are responsible for the quality and safety of the facilities
  • You are project leader and develop the facilities together with HelvePark
  • You organize and lead construction and reconstruction work independently and take care of the daily maintenance of the facilities
  • You organize the crew and optimize their work flow
  • You communicate between the resort and HelvePark
  • You are responsible for the budgets
  • You organize all the work that needs to be done around your Snowpark independently
  • You design your own Snowpark features together with HelvePark and implement them
  • You also do administrative work around the facilities reliably

Your skills:

  • You speak fluent German or French and you can communicate in English
  • You have several years of experience in Snowpark construction
  • You live the freestyle sport and want to show it in your facilities
  • You have good interpersonal skills
  • You work in a solution-oriented way and you are used to being deployed flexibly
  • You are weather resistant and enjoy working outside
