HELVEPARK SA is known for building extraordinary playgrounds in snow – creative, progressive, bold. Now we’re taking that same energy to summer. We’re launching a new bike division, and we’re looking for someone to lead it. Someone who lives and breathes bikes, knows the scene, and is ready to shape the future of mountain biking with us.
Your Role
This is not just a job – it’s a chance to create something from the ground up. You'll be leading our bike park and trail projects: from first contact with destinations and tourism partners, through concept development, to the final built line. You're a community insider, a planner, a seller, and a doer.
Your tasks include:

Build and lead our new bike park division

Drive project acquisition: from tourism boards to private resorts

Manage projects from idea to execution

Collaborate on planning, sales, and design of trails and parks

Be the bridge between builders, clients, riders & decision-makers

Optional: contribute to marketing and content with your scene insights
Your skills:
-
A deep passion for bikes – whether it's trail, freeride, slopestyle, or all of it

A strong understanding of the MTB community, culture & trends

Experience in project management, bike park building or sales

Self-driven and organized, with great communication & people skills

Technical understanding of trail design, shaping, and construction

Bonus: a network in the MTB scene or outdoor/tourism industry
